• Our operations are vertical. From knitting to cutting and sewing; from graphic design to screen printing to tackle twill. All essential to quick turns in the team uniform business.

• Our 150 employees are proud of the highly-designed, superior quality garments that are produced in our 57,000 square foot facility on an 8 acre campus.

Pattern and Marker Development

• State of the art Gerber design, pattern and marker making systems allow for the completion of all patterns and markers in house.

• With over 20 years experience in custom team uniforms, the TAG Team Uniforms pattern maker is one of the most talented in the industry.

Cutting

• Over 300 feet of cutting tables and
centralized cutting guarantees consistency of fit as well as control of production and timely delivery.

• Multiple cutters, with over 50 years combined experience in the team uniform business, work simultaneously cutting over 500 units a day.

Sewing

• A current inventory of over 100 sewing and specialty function machines are operated by technicians each with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of custom team uniforms.

• The current layout of the sew floor will allow for expansion to over 200 machines at a moments notice.

Lettering and Numbering

• With 5 Dryers, 16 in line screen printing machines and 4 multi station carousels, TAG Team Uniforms can meet the individual requirements of the team uniform business.

• Tackle Twill and embroidery capabilities ensures that TAG Team Uniforms can produce any custom team uniform request.

Inspection and Shipping

• Quality is our number one priority. Each garment is inspected for accuracy, specifications and quality before shipment.

About Licking, Missouri

Located deep in heart of the Ozark Mountains, Licking Missouri is a small community with just around 3,000 people. Founded in 1826, the history of this small town has become synonymous with the production of athletic team uniforms. From 1947 through 2003, the population of Licking manufactured uniforms for a large number of teams and organizations across the United States. Unfortunately, this facility closed its doors in May of 2003, leaving hundreds of skilled workers without jobs.

In January 2004, TAG Team Uniforms reopened the same factory vacated just a year earlier. Once again, Licking’s highly skilled population is back to work. Now they bring years of experience in the production of the highest quality custom team apparel exclusively to TAG Team Dealers throughout the United States and Canada.
